Significant changes to employee compensation are right around the corner. Previously, I’ve written about the new wage threshold that determines whether your employees are exempt workers under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Effective December 1, 2016, that wage threshold will move from $23,600 up to $47,476 annually, and from $455 to $913 per week.
