Keeping up with the changes in Healthcare Reform is an enormous challenge. For instance, we know if you have more than 100 total full-time equivalent employees in 2015, you have to offer health coverage to at least 70% working 30 hours or more a week or 130 hours a month. Coverage has to be affordable and your plan must pay for at least 60% of the covered health care expenses or pay a penalty.
