New rules from OSHA are encouraging employers not to retaliate or discriminate against workers who file or want to file workplace injuries. However, an August 2016 suit, TEXO ABC/AGC Inc. v. Perez, which seeks to overturn these OSHA regulations has caused their effective date to be postponed.
