As part of our services, Alliance Insurance Group provides professional and general liability employment claim and litigation management. In partnership with you, we assume as much of the conflict management and resolution of resident and employee claims as you wish to delegate.
We serve as the hub, interacting with your team, the carrier and the defense counsel that we help appoint to defend you. In collaboration with you, we seek to bring timely and reasonable resolution to your claims while examining risk management insights from these claims to improve operational behaviors and practices.

- Communicate regularly with carrier, counsel and you on claim progress and issues.
- Provide claim and litigation update reports.
- Mitigate future claims by bringing risk management insights from these claims to improve operational behaviors and practices.
- Review HR handbooks, policies and practices to insure effective employment practices
- Review Safety policies and procedures to insure effective, preventative and responsive practices
